1.  Content of the online offering
TKA takes on no guarantee whatsoever for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information made available. TKA hereby expressly declares that, at the time of the linking, no illegal contents were recognizable on the pages that were to be linked. TKA is completely without influence on the current and future form, on the contents and on the authorship of the linked/connected pages. TKA therefore herewith expressly dissociates itself from all contents of all linked/connected pages that were changed after the linking. In so far as, in the Internet offering, the possibility is given for the user to enter personal or business data (email address, names postal address) then the disclosure of this data is made by the user on a purely voluntary basis. TKA does not use such data for any other purpose than the particular purpose that is stated for it and does not pass the data on to third parties.

4.  Legal effectiveness of this disclaimer
This exclusion of liability is to be considered to be a part of the Internet offering. In as much as parts or individual formulations of the text do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the current legal situation, the other parts and formulations remain unaffected in their content and validity.
