TKA - LabTower PW is a modularly constructed
high-purity watersystem that has been specifically
designed for the practical andeconomical production
of high-purity water. The combination ofvarious
purification stages, which include pre-treatment and
reverseosmosis, enables LabTower PW to provide
an almost maintenance-free and reliable supply of
ASTM Type III laboratory water.The ultra-modern microprocessor control and the
completely drainable 100 Lhigh-purity water tank, plus
a low-noise pressure booster, arestandard components.
Mounted on rollers, the compact and elegantLabTower
PW is the optimal high-purity water supply for any
laboratory and is so ideally suited as feedwater source
for ultrapurewater systems, lab washing machines,
thermo disinfectors,autoclaves and for general laboratory
use.

Mobile and operator-friendly
- Just two of the many excellent characteristics that make the new, stylish LabTower
PW a win for every laboratory! The system takes up little space and the rollers allow it
to be moved to where it is required. Added to this, the compact construction makes it
easily accessible for operating and service personnel.
Almost maintenance-free and reliable
- A built-in pretreatment unit, consisting of a hardness stabilizer for protection of the reverse
osmosis module from hardness formers, and an activated carbon/5 μm combi-cartridge for
protection against free chlorine and particles, ensures the long service life of downstream
purification stages.
Supplies high-purity water without loss in quality
- Quality maintenance is assured by the new TKA high-purity water tank with an effective
capacity of 100 litres. The tank is equipped with a display that shows the actual volume
of high-purity water in it and a conical bottom for 100% drainage. Optional accessories
include a sterile overflow, a sterile vent filter and a UV immersion tube system with 254 nm
wavelength for protection against re-contamination and bacterial growth.

- This is made possible by high-precision, temperature-compensated conductivity monitoring
acc. to USP 30 (645) with exact temperature display, plus a potential-free contact and an
RS 232 interface which allows connection to an external data printer (09.2207) – Validation
and Qualification supporting documents are optionally available.
